We’re excited to invite all STA Members to the STA Annual Convention taking place on Friday, August 28, 2026! This is a full day of professional learning, networking, and celebration of our incredible community of educators.
We’re excited to invite you to register for breakout sessions at the Saskatoon Teachers’ Association Convention on Friday, August 28, 2026. These sessions offer a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues and explore topics that support both your personal and professional growth.
We are excited to pilot a new format for Convention, with two breakout sessions! Sessions will take place in the morning (9:00–11:30 AM) and afternoon (1:30–3:00 PM), with locations specified for each session. The Registration Booklet outlines all the Breakout Session options. Infographics on how to register and FAQs can be found at the end of this email.
Key deadlines and reminders:
Pre-registration closes Friday, May 29, 2026 (includes entry into a draw for one of five $100 McNally Robinson gift cards)
Registration closes (and will not reopen) on Wednesday, July 1, 2026
Registration is first-come, first-served, and sessions may fill quickly
Sessions with fewer than 10 participants may be cancelled, and you will be contacted by Wednesday, June 3 to select an alternative before registration closes
Virtual and hybrid session invitations will be sent only to those who register
Once you register, you will receive an email from EventBrite. DO NOT DELETE IT! At the bottom, it indicates which sessions you chose.
Be sure to select your sessions early to secure your spot and take advantage of the pre-registration incentive!
